Process and coordinate real estate closing transactions from scheduling through document delivery. Contact agents regarding missing information, coordinate with lenders and closing teams, schedule settlement dates and locations with all parties, maintain notary networks, and review closing documents for completeness. Requires strong communication skills, detail orientation, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Assemble, prepare, and review documents for loan closings while meeting state, federal, and regulatory standards. Prepare loan closing documents using ResWare software, manage pipelines of conventional, portfolio, and USDA loans, create accurate Closing Disclosures per TRID timing requirements, verify document accuracy, and coordinate funding dates with accounting for disbursements.
Support Escrow Officers with all facets of the title and escrow process. Generate new orders, maintain daily communication with lenders, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and realtors, arrange payoffs, HOA documents, surveys, tax/water records, and lien certificates. Prepare and distribute documentation, compile invoices for closings, and resolve order and title requirements.
