She serves as the document preparation attorney for First Source Title in Plano and as In-House Counsel at Seeto Realty, where she oversees complex transactions and ensures legal compliance across all operations.
Chris began her real estate career as a licensed agent from 1997 to 2001, gaining deep firsthand knowledge of the industry. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Business Management in 1999, then earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2005. She has been a member of the Texas State Bar since 2007.
Her practice areas include immigration law, family law, business law, estate planning, deed preparation, and probate — giving her a uniquely broad perspective that benefits every transaction she handles.

Nicholas Cardinal is the founder of Cardinal Law LLC, a boutique law firm based in Hudson, Ohio focusing on real estate and estate planning. He established his practice in 2016 after leaving larger firm work to better serve clients with a more personal, dedicated approach.
Nicholas graduated from Miami University with a degree in Finance, then earned his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law on a full scholarship. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Portage County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in both Ohio State and Federal Courts.
His areas of specialization include real estate transactions, probate administration, and estate planning — making him an invaluable partner for First Source Title's Ohio operations.
Nicholas resides in Aurora, Ohio with his wife Pamela, son Maximus, and their dog Leo. He enjoys spending time with family on the water and skiing.
